Meet Hana!

I’m Hana Cooke, the owner and personal trainer of HC Fitness & Training, and for almost five years I’ve been helping women build strong, confident, capable bodies. I specialize in building overall strength, fat loss, building lean muscle, increasing mobility, and injury prevention. 

My coaching focuses on structured strength training, smart conditioning, and sustainable nutrition strategies that support metabolic and hormone health, steady energy, and long-term fat loss all while helping you achieve your goals. 

At HC Fitness & Training, fitness is approached with intention, precision, and purpose. This is not a high-volume, impersonal gym experience. It is a curated training environment designed specifically for women who are ready to invest in their long-term health and strength. This private gym provides a professional, welcoming space where women train with focus and intention that is free from intimidation and distraction.
